We all love music, everyone to their own liking and sometimes more or less. Since time immemorial, tones and sounds have reached people in the conscious as well as in the subconscious and leave their effect there.
A day without music – unimaginable for many. After all, musical sounds, with or without singing, with or without rhythm, are able to influence our mood. Sad music can increase negative feelings, whereas happy and cheerful music can have a mood-enhancing effect. So what could be more natural than to use the positive power of tones and sounds and use them to reduce stress, for example?

- Appropriate technical equipment for music playback – ideally (wireless) headphones
What is “suitable music?” Basically: Any type of music that speaks to you individually and lets you relax. However, tones and sounds are best suited that have little or no rhythm and release you from everyday life like a gentle carpet of sound and bring you calm. The more consciously you take time for your musical time management, the more specifically you will reduce your stress level.

Set up a retreat at home and turn it into an oasis of well being. Switching off for a few minutes while listening to relaxing music reduces your stress level and provides new energy.
