And he who is in the group of those who fast will be called at the Raiyan door. Hazrat Abu Bakr said,

“He who is called at all those gates will not need anything,” He said, adding, Will anyone be called at all those gates O Allah’s prophet? He replied, “Yes, and I hope that you will be among those, O Hazrat Ab Bakr (R.A.). (Imam Bukhari)

Fast on Kids Is Not Required

Although it is not mandatory for children to fast, Ramzan has blessed them with the blessings to allow them to fast and offer Tarawih prayers. This holy month is so important.

Historical Incidents

There are several historical events that occurred in the month of Ramzan, including Hazrat Khadijah’s (R.A.) death, Hazrat Imam Hassan bin Ali’s (R.A.) birth, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib’s (R.A.) martyrdom, Battle of Badr, and Battle of Khandaq as well as Battle of Tabuk and Youm-al-Quds.
